ReclameAqui, the largest consumer protection company in Brazil, gets over 4,000 complaints a day from people having a hard time canceling services. Companies will literally hang up on you or leave you on hold for over an hour to avoid cancelation. Our solution was to develop a powerful bot capable of interacting directly with big corporations' call-centers and canceling contracts on behalf of the client. Introducing: The Canceller.

The Canceller was created using a combination of different technologies:

Google Cloud converts the operator's speech into text.

IBM Watson processes the information,
orchestrating the whole conversation
3.
Alexa's voice transforms IBM Watson's responses into speech.
Putting all this together we created a structure called "The Conversation Chamber":

A Silence Manager Bot goes into action during long periods
without talking.

A Noise Manager Bot inserts random sounds like a baby crying and street noises to make the conversation more real for the operator.

A Quality Manager Bot specialized in machine learning processes all the conversations and is constantly improving The Canceller.
